Job Description
- Handle conveyancing matters, including sale, purchase & refinancing matters.
- Prepare sale and purchase agreements, financing documents and other agreements
- To prepare receipts and reassignments, discharge of charges of documents
The Successful Applicant
- Singapore qualified lawyer with LL.B. from a recognised university and admitted to the Singapore Bar (with at least 2PQE for Legal Associate or 5PQE for Senior Associate roles)
- Familiar with conveyancing law and real estate matters
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
