Job Description
- To manage, control and monitor of daily project works, instructions and progress.
- Ensure safe work environment on site
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed by operations.
- Work closely with consultant, sub-contractor.
- Supervision of construction works and handle coordination works at sites and to ensure targeted completion dates are met
- Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors on the project related matters
- Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specifications
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation
- Monitoring resources on site and ensuring that sufficiency, availability and performance are aligned with the schedule.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma/degree
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related filed
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
