Job Summary:
This role support the finance matters of TOUCH Elderly Group which includes checking on completeness of receipts, matching of payments to outstanding debtors, preparation of receipt summary, data entry, banking and other relevant tasks.
Principals Responsibilities & Duties:
- Data entry for budget templates and importing of files.
- Compilation of receipt summaries to excel template.
- Matching of funds transfers, bank statements and other documents to take in receipts.
- Applying invoices for data entry and input to Business Central.
- Verifies payments in FlowForma.
- Supporting other ad hoc projects as part the Finance team
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior accounting knowledge and experience
- Careful, neat and meticulous in handling documents and processing of financial figures.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
