Job Description:
- Plan, execute and manage various events and live production projects.
- Engage in end-to-end customer support from acquiring new clients to on-boarding to providing timely customer support.
- Craft, design and develop creative event proposals for different clients requirements.
- Create and design digital media collateral according to clients' requirements for each project.
- To design relevant banners, posters, backdrops, EDMs, cover pages, thumbnails for events.
- Brainstorming of concept & theme for the Company's event projects.
- Service and advise clients on their requirements prior to each event project.
- Be responsible for project development and coordination with relevant parties.
- Manage the set-up and production of the event on site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality event
- Liaise, communicate and collaborate with various vendors regarding different aspects of event production.
- Assist event manager in necessary preparations and planning work.
- Manage project timeline and ensure timelines are met from brief reception to assets delivery.
- Provide professional consultation and handle sales strategies for potential leads.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Events Management or equivalent
- Strong skill in communication and coordination efforts.
- Outgoing and not afraid to take on challenges.
- Streaming knowledge: Mastering of Zoom Meetings & Webinars capabilities and OBS/vMix. Other systems welcomed. (for Virtual events)
- Sufficient knowledge of audiovisual lighting aspects.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.
- Have a positive working attitude, self-motivated, and be independent.
- Need to have strong attention to detail and deliver work of high standard.
- Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go extra mile.
