Job Responsiblities:
- Responsible for HR workflow,processes and system implementation
- Maintenance of HR portal
- Monthly payroll processing
- Recruitment & work pass application
- Staff movement (Onboarding & Offboarding etc)
- Maintaining employee personnel files
- Letters adminstration (appointment, confirmation, increment, etc)
- Handle daily AP functions
- Issue Purchase Order & liaise on procurement matters
