Job Responsibilities:
- Process payments, invoices, and receipts from customers and suppliers.
- Review and verify financial transactions such as expense claims and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and relevant financial laws.
- Prepare and review construction project budgets, including costs for materials, labor, and other expenses.
- Monitor project expenditures against budgets and make necessary corrections.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including income statements, financial statements, and project expenses.
- Provide financial performance reports for management and stakeholders.
- Interact with customers for financial matters such as payment collection, credit checks, and account resolution.
- Provide prompt resolutions for customer needs and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with banks, tax advisors, and auditors for financial and accounting matters.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for payments and expense reimbursements.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Above in Accounting
- Min 5 Years Working Experience in related experience
- Min LCCI
- Familiar with Account Software (UBS, Excel)
- Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterpart
