Job Title: Facilities Engineer (Electrical)
Location: Tampines
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8 am to 5.30 pm
Basic Salary: Up to $4000-5000

Job Description:
- Maintenance of building infrastructure, exterior and interior
- Repair and maintenance of building fittings and fixtures
- Maintenance of lifts and cranes
- Coordination and management of contractors
- General upkeep of buildings and surroundings
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in building maintenance
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical
