Job Responsibilities
The Role:
The Event Operations Executive oversees all event on-site tasks. He/She is the main person that contacts the vendors to ensure that the events are on time and within budget. He/She works closely with other departments and vendors to ensure operational requirements are fulfilled.
- Assist with proposals and quotations
- Manage costs and maximize profits
- Inject fresh ideas to make every event unique
- Assist in pre-planning, setup / teardown and onsite management
- Source for and liaise with vendors and suppliers
- Assist Event Director with servicing existing and new clients
- Coordinate and negotiate with vendors or suppliers.
- Assist the department in any other matters when necessary
