Responsibilities
- 1. Sales Order Excellence: Take the helm of our sales order process, ensuring each customer’s journey from order to fulfillment is seamless and satisfying.To manage the accounts assigned to you by increasing the sales and developing new sales
- 2. Logistic Coordination : Assign to SG logistics management , keeping our warehouse operations effective , support regular stock takes that inform business strategy and support sales success.
- 3. Strategic Material & Stock Coordinating: Play a vital role as team member for internal Sale and Operation to collaborate with PMC , Sales and Product team to ensure stable supply chain and quality .
- 4. Operational Dynamo: Propel efficiency through your involvement in the inbound and outbound logistics, demonstrating an eye for improvement and a knack for problem-solving.
- 5. Customer Success Advocate: Act as a key contributor to our commitment to customer satisfaction, where your efforts in order execution and delivery management result in triumphant customer experiences.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisory or management
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a ITE or above cert
- Must be keen in sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Able to work both independently and as an effective team member
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English will be advantageous
- 1 to 2 years relevant experience
