Position: HR/Finance Executive

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial and human resource functions, supporting our mission to bring creative visions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Prepare project floats and manage all aspects of financial transactions, including but not limited to invoicing, payroll, and expense tracking. Ensure compliance with GST requirements and prepare documentation for quarterly GST submissions.
- Claims Handling: Efficiently manage and process all company claims, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Office Management: Oversee the arrangement and procurement of all necessary office supplies, ensuring the workplace is well-equipped and operational needs are met.
- HR Support: Assist in various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Platform Proficiency: Utilize the Xero platform for financial management and reporting, ensuring data integrity and compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in finance and HR functions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in financial software, specifically Xero.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
