Job Description:
Plan construction projects and oversee the progress to ensure timely completion and cost effective.
Responsible for the overall implementation and scheduling of the projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review the project execution plan to ensure compliance to specifications, design and program
- Supervise and oversee the entire construction project
- Coordinates with client, sub-contractor and suppliers
- Monitor site construction and activities are executed in compliance with building and safety regulations
- Monitor /report on the project status to ensure timely completion
- Has the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experienced and familiar in leading teams in civil projects preferred
- Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board
- Singaporean or SPR
