Volunteer Management (Volunteer Manager):
- Assess and meet the organisation’s volunteer needs by overseeing the recruitment, coordination, training, and retention of volunteers.
- Implement and monitor compliance with volunteer policies and processes across all facilities.
- Develop volunteer recruitment and engagement strategies, including organising outreach events and initiatives to promote volunteerism.
- Plan and execute volunteer recognition and engagement activities to foster a sense of belonging and appreciation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate volunteer initiatives and efforts.
- Regularly review and evaluate volunteer management policies and initiatives, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Community Partnerships & Engagement:
- Source, engage, and cultivate partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including public agencies, corporations, and schools.
- Provide support in volunteer, fundraising, and donor engagement initiatives, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill community partnership objectives.
- Work closely with the Corporate Communications team to develop and implement communication plans supporting community partnership initiatives.
Requirements/Skills:
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1-2 years working experience in volunteer management, community engagement, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive community engagement initiatives.
- Relevant experience in the social service sector is a bonus.
