Founded in 2005, the Foreign Domestic Worker Association for Social Support and Training (FAST) is a charity supported by MOM and is approved as an Institute of a Public Character (IPC). At FAST, we focus on providing training, social support services and work life balance for the female Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs).
Join our team as a multiskilled Executive, General Administration, supporting various administrative and operational tasks to ensure our organization's smooth functioning.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to different departments.
- Coordinating office activities and managing supplies.
- Assisting project teams and organizing events for the Migrant Domestic Workers.
- Supporting various operational tasks, such as checking attendances and processing invoices.
- Overseeing Upkeeping of the office and the event venues.
Qualifications:
- A level or Diploma in Office Administration/IT or related field.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT proficiency.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in using the social medial platforms.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or in a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Working hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
