Your duties as Marketing Intern include but are not limited to:
Social Media Management
- Craft and publish compelling social media content on Instagram and Facebook daily.
- Inclusive of required graphic design/video production and copy writing.
Content Creation
- Create and publish SEO-optimised weekly blog post on company website.
- Create and schedule monthly EDM via Mailchimp to our database of patients.
- Subject to supervisor approval for quality of content and factual accuracy.
Competitor Survey
- Assess market and competitor landscape.
- Accurate and timely data entry of results on spreadsheets.
- Meet required data hygiene practices.
Business Development
- Monthly outreach to malls to build relationship and enquire on availability of units for tenancy.
- Managing contact list of landlords, vendors for shopfront elements, and building management teams.
Management of eShop
- Manage replenishment of Marketing items ordered by Advanced Dental clinics from internal eShop.
- Includes arranging of external printing and lamination of posters, notices, brochures, and business cards, as well as packing of dental kits.
- Ensure timely delivery to of ordered items to clinics.
Design, Photography, and Data Entry
- Design of new posters and printed messages for clinics when required.
- Ad-hoc photography for staff profiles and clinic premises.
- Daily keying of paid campaign bookings on company’s CRM platform.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be pursuing degrees related to Marketing and Communications.
- Graduates from local polytechnics or junior colleges may apply.
Job Requirements:
- Ideally able to commit to 5-day work week (Weekdays: 9:00am to 6:30pm).
- Leave will be given for school commitments.
- Must possess excellent written and spoken English.
- Familiar with design software (Adobe). A portfolio will be advantageous.
- IT literate (to use Microsoft Office, clinic software, social media, and other online services).
