Our team specialises in executive search for middle to senior level positions in several industries including Legal, Funds and Investment, Life Science, and Luxury Retail. We not only cover the Asian talent market but also reach out to senior executives in the US and Europe.
Your role will include:
- Working with clients in APAC to do market research and provide business consulting and senior level recruitment services (including existing clients who are based out of Mainland China)
- Partnering with leading startups, law firms, and/or corporations in the technology, healthcare, funds/investment sectors to deliver business and HR solutions (^actual specialisation will be discussed in person)
- Helping clients with recruiting the right partner / senior management executives in Singapore and beyond
- Contacting potential clients to actively develop new business for your own and the team
- Advising organizations and supporting them to build best in class corporate function capabilities
- Meet and exceed assigned quarterly / yearly sales targets
Requirements:
- You have a full-time Bachelor's degree or the above obtained from a leading university
- You have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in recruitment / talent acquisition or the equivalent
- You have an excellent command of English in writing and speaking
- Prior recruitment and/or consulting experience in Singapore and SEA market will be advantageous
- You have prior B2B business development and account management experience
- You have proven track record in meeting sales targets or KPIs in your previous roles
- You demonstrate great skills in building rapport and maintain good relationships with clients
