Job Description
- Execute the routine preventive maintenance and necessary setup for the site facility utilities systems, production equipment, automation systems, control systems, gases systems, etc. in a timely manner and in compliance with engineering standards, operating policies & procedures, and safety requirements. Supervise and verify third party contractors’ work in some cases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production equipment and manufacturing process problems with prioritization on equipment corrective maintenance
- Participate in problem solving discussions with cross functional teams to identify and define equipment and process problems root cause, evaluate solutions, act on action plans, and continue to make improvements
- Support engineer in performing manufacturing process work instructions, process & equipment risk assessment, etc. documents write up
- Support engineer in new equipment commissioning, process setup, and with subsequent completion of necessary documentation
- All GMP documentation related to maintenance activities is completed accurately and processed to full completion in compliance to data integrity requirements.
- Participate operations continuous improvement programs in the aspect of safety, quality, yield, productivity, cost efficiency, etc. and carry out assigned project tasks.
Job Requirements
- Background in Mechanical /Electrical / Electronic
- Min 2 year working experience, preferably in manufacturing industry.
- Experience in Wire process or Laser ablation Engineering is a plus
- Possessed some basic safety knowledge
- Understand 5S concept
- Some understanding in Quality Control
- Able to perform MS Words and Excel intermediate skills.
- Some level of understanding on Processes and product lines
- Understanding Machining and Logic Control concept
Education
- NIE / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- NIE / Diploma in other Technical / Material Science fields may be considered.
