Job Description
· Processing order via email/phone/ordering App
· Receiving and processing purchase orders
· Issuing sales transaction invoices
· Contacting customers by phone or email to answer products queries and obtain information.
· Provide Administrative support to the Sales & Accounts teams.
· Coordinate with sales, drivers supply & logistic teams to ensure timely deliveries.
· Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
· Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
· Filing of invoices
· Any other administrative duties as and when assigned.
Requirements
· Fresh ITE graduate/Diploma holder prefer.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese
· Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel
