Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Carry out regular inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance for the Hotel
- Handle Hotel Building Maintenance services for aircon, lighting, electrical and plumbing services
- Ensure all equipment are maintained and operated according to instruction
- Perform general maintenance of air-conditioning and refrigeration installation such as air handling units and fan coil units
- Perform painting and varnishing works on building facilities, guest rooms and common areas
- Attend to all work orders issued by the operations and management
- Ensure compliance to building and fire safety rules and regulations
- Ad-hoc duties or projects that may be assigned by the Operation Manager and Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / NTC 3 / NiTEC / Higher NiTEC in Engineering (Electrical / Industrial / Mechanical / Building and Facilities) or equivalent.
- Min. 1- 2 years of working experience working as a hotel technician
- Skills knowledge of Building M&E services or basic knowledge of building repairs
- Proactive and independent
- Self-starter
- Meticulous and able to multi-task
- Strong team player and able to adapt to fast pace environment.
