Our Client
Our client is a well-known leader in the FMCG industry and they are currently looking for a Senior Legal Counsel, APAC to be based in Singapore. This will be part of a team and reporting to the Head of Legal who sits in Singapore.
The Role
- Providing legal services and supporting the business
- Ability to provide day-to-day advice on a wide range of other legal matter (including vendor agreements, regulatory matters, employment matters)
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with business owners, finance, engineering and procurement on client and vendor matters
- Assist with contract drafting and negotiation across the various business units
To Qualify
- Significant corporate experience with min 2- 4 years gained in-house or in practice with a reputable law firm.
- Ability to work well under pressure
