Roles & Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing/Management
- Assisting in managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics
- Assist in the strategic management of social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook
- Act as an in-house visual content creator, using photography or video for compelling social media content
- Food photography: Responsible for photographing and the digital imaging of all the brand’s products for promotional & menu purposes
Digital Marketing/SEO Optimization
- Assisting in conducting keyword research, optimizing website content for search engines, monitoring search rankings, and implementing on-page SEO techniques
- Assisting in planning, executing, and monitoring digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads or Facebook Ads
- Implement and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta
- Craft engaging and relevant copy, adhering to the Brand’s distinctive tone of voice
Email Marketing
- Assisting in creating and managing email campaigns, crafting engaging email content, monitoring email performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations such as PDPA
- Spearhead the development and execution of targeted email campaigns, fostering audience engagement.
- Maintain and organize an updated email database
Website Design
- Develop website navigation, functionality, site content and graphics
- Upgrade/maintain existing website content, graphics, links, coding, etc. as needed
- Optimize website elements to work effectively across browsers and platforms, social media channels, and mobile devices
Requirements
- At least diploma/degree in marketing, web design or a related field are preferred.
- Minimum of at least 1 years of relevant job experience
- Responsible, highly creative and passionate fresh graduate may apply.
- Able to communicate and write in English fluently to liaise with vendors.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, After Effect, Premiere Pro
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms is valuable: WordPress, Mailchimp
- Knowledge of social media mechanics and web would be an asset.
- Experience in food photography/videography and styling would be a plus too.
- Knowledge of current trends in video production and social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook)
