Our Client
Our client is an well-known leader in the Trading / Commodities industry. They are currently looking for a Legal Counsel (Maternity Cover) to be based in Singapore.
The Role
- Provide support to the above mentioned teams on general legal and risk aspects of their businesses, covering both financial and physical commodities
- Review, draft and negotiate a variety of legal documents - including trade finance transactions and derivatives documentation
To Qualify
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and 4 - 10 years of experience in related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
