Compensation
- Coordinates and communicates the ICR process and supports the ICR preparation, including education and training, data update and information collection, assessment and submission, and any operational follow-up to ensure a smooth flow and completion.
- Supports the market surveys participation for SEA markets and market benchmarking.
- Assess market data, industry trends, and best practices to ensure compensation programs are market competitive.
- Assists in job mapping, job analysis and evaluation exercises.
- Partners with HR Business Partners to prepare salary proposals for SEA markets and provide professional advice on the salary level validated by Regional C&B.

International Mobility
- Prepares and liaises with the tax consultant to ensure the accuracy of the tax preparation for expatriates.
- Manages the Tenancy Agreements for expatriates and involves relevant stakeholders in the renewal.
- Provides advisory support on international mobility program, guidelines and practice to international assignees and HR Business Partners.
Others
- Manages and is involved in any ad-hoc compensation and benefits projects for SEA markets
