- To implement all short, medium, and long term strategies to facilitate the achievement of Parfums Christian Dior (Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia & Philippines) overall retail sales objectives
- Lead and manage the Parfums Christian Dior sales organization (net and retail sales) with P&L responsibility to achieve the agreed-upon target. Plan, implement, and optimize the sales activities in the country to achieve or exceed the objectives in terms of profit, market share, turnover, and sales volume.
- Ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to all commercially oriented operations and launches whilst collaborating with key internal stakeholders (Training, Marketing, CRM, VM, HR, Finance).
YOUR MISSION _________
Retail Sales Management:
- Drive overall sales performance (net and retail sales) for Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia & Philippines markets, aligning to the corporate strategic growth direction.
- Lead and manage the sales/retail team (including counter managers and BCs)
- Working together with the Retail team in the countries, plan, implement, and optimize sales activities to achieve or exceed the objectives in terms of profit, market share, and sales turnover.
- Build strong commercial relationships with key retailers. Includes close monitoring of stock levels (ratio sell-in and sell-out), forecasts, and commercial terms with each retailer.
- Set monthly sales targets and incentive programs together with the Retail Managers.
- Set the retail KPIs for each store with the Retail Managers.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to plan activities to drive retail sales.
- Meet the business's priority category sell-through objectives and support all new launches as per the animation calendar.
- Facilitate monthly meetings with counter managers to discuss retail performance and action plans.
- Ensure the Retail Audit SOP is implemented 100% at all boutiques and counters.
- Management of sell-in/sell-out budgets (retailer orders, stock levels, BC salaries and bonuses, uniforms, testers, etc.).
- Involved in recruiting, training, and developing all BCs (especially Boutique/ Counter Managers).
- Work closely with the Training Manager to ensure that all BCs are properly trained and identify and develop selected BCs for specialization as part of their career progression.
- Ensure that the total country’s Mystery Shopper score is satisfactory.
Retail Business Development:
- Across all the markets, Monitor the implementation of Dior Retail Operations standards and tools (including Addict to Retail and Addict to BC)
- Manage, monitor, and support the execution of retail digital tools and systems at the field level (iPOS, HUB) for operational efficiency
- Ensure the implementation of the Boutique Operation Manual in place to comply with the policies and procedures of the Brand
- Monitor the execution, performance, and productivity of services in the service menu to drive client experience and sales
- Define retail strategy and action plans to improve business performance with a focus on boutique, top doors, and priority doors
- Analyze and monitor retail performance KPIs and BC productivity
- Manage and implement retail initiatives and strategic key projects to improve retail and business performance
- Develop and implement tactical sales incentives to drive sales performance
- Develop retail middle management team, including retail managers and boutique/ counter managers, on retail and business management competencies for sustainable business development
- Organize and conduct Retail Management Fundamentals and related Business Management trainings
- Monitor specialization of sales force and work with related departments to manage the professionalism and productivity of Expert and Specialist teams
