The Company is an onsite maintenance expertise that does onsite job to cut down on the downtime for the clients. With many years of experience on Hydraulic and Pneumatic equipment, HTM is able to troubleshoot the issues onsite to reduce the downtime so that the customers operating the equipment will not run into difficulties in getting their day-to-day job completed within the scheduled time.
Position Overview:
HTM is seeking a competent and proactive Maintenance Technician (Hydraulic/Pneumatic) with strong hands-on experiences and expertise in Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Power Tool Maintenance.

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 5:30pm).
Salary: $2,800 to $3,200; plus Performance Incentive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including identifying and replacing faulty components.
• Respond to emergencies, breakdowns, and malfunctions of Equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and implement corrective measures to prevent equipment breakdowns.
• Maintain and repair power tools used in the customer's operations.
• Follow maintenance schedules and adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations.
• Comply with customer site rules, safety standards, and regulations fostering a positive client relationship.
• Document maintenance activities including faults, repairs, replacements, and inspections.
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure efficient equipment operation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in hydraulic, pneumatic, and power tool technologies.
• Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management.
Qualifications:
• Polytechnic Diploma or Higher NITEC/NITEC in Mechanical/ Mechatronic/ Electromechanical or equivalent, or relevant engineering-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, with expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, and power tool maintenance.
• Strong hands-on and technical knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including components, functions, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting electrical control panels, drives, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is highly advantageous.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform maintenance tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to foster effective teamwork and communication within the maintenance team and the customers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure uninterrupted operation for the customers.
