Responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing new export markets and customer
- Build relationships with existing international customers and maintain regular communication with them
- Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure a smooth sales process
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in international markets
- Provide distributor with additional support when needed such as new product development, presentation to client, technical support
- Coordinating the shipping and logistics of shipment right from the factory production readiness all the way to when the customer picks up the goods
- Assisting with the resolution of customer complaints and disputes
- Prepare sales reports and forecast future export sales
Requirements:
- Preferably with a diploma/degree in Sales & Marketing/Engineering or equivalent
- Independent and pro-active individual
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle external customers from different backgrounds and internal departments
- Export/Regional Sales working experience will be an advantage
