Location: Queenstown
Responsibilities:
1. Forward loan cases to the bank for processing.
2. Document loan cases in Salesforce.
3. Coordinate with banks for loan status updates, and update in system accordingly.
4. Review loan documents submitted by sales consultants before entering loan amounts into Salesforce.
5. Communicate with sales consultants regarding any outstanding documents before and after registration.
6. Verify Tax Invoices, LTA logcards, and Insurance Cover Notes from Vehicle Administration before sending them to banks.
7. Update and document outgoing documents in Salesforce.
8. Coordinate with banks to arrange daily document collection.
9. Perform other daily administrative tasks such as photocopying, archiving loan cases, and shredding documents.
Requirements:
Prior experience in finance/admin roles.
Experience with using Salesforce would be an advantages.
Meticulous and able to work well under pressure.
