Job Responsibilities
· Assist in Service Centre duties e.g., attend to walk in customer, quotation etc.
· Liaise with school for collection & delivery arrangements.
· Liaise with Vendor for parts replacement, log cases.
· Schedule appointment for onsite service appointment.
· Quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
· Ad hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements
· Minimum GCE “O”, min 2 years of working experience
· Experience in IT Service Centre preferred.
· Polite and pleasant personality, able to work well in a team.
· Strong coordination skills and organised
· Good Excel skills
