Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating HR activities, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Assisting in HR policy implementation and compliance.
- Handle the application, renewal, issuance, and cancellation of work and employment passes.
- Coordinating training and development programs.
- Manage payroll activities.
- Manage leave and medical certificate administration.
- Ensure all activities related to HR functions comply with legal requirements and relevant labour law/ Employment Act
- Supervising and guiding junior HR staff.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM rules and regulations and experience in dealing with foreign workers
- Responsible, mature, meticulous and committed team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Other:
- Working Day: 5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturday)
- Working Hour: 8.00am to 5.30pm (Mon to Thur)
- 8.00am to 5.00pm (Fri)
- 8.00am to 12.00pm (Sat)
- Work Location: 24/26 Tuas Avenue 2
- Transport Provided at Choa Chu Kang and Boon Lay MRT
