Your Role:
- Assists business leaders in taking best informed decisions, providing timely, independent and objective financial information
- Manages financial statements, business forecasts, annual budgets and ad hoc analysis reports, acting as a sparring partner to business heads on strategic and operative matters
- Tracks financial results of business portfolio at sub-regional and country level and provides in-depth analysis incl. corrective measures
- Evaluates business unit strategies, projects, business plans and investment plans, assessing risks and opportunities
- Supports acquisitions, integrations and divestment processes
- Monitors Accounts Receivable and overdues
- Takes care of compliance and governance, ensuring the correct application of internal and external guidelines in terms of Financial Reporting
- Leads the SEA controlling team taking care of recruitment & development; acts as role model to drive agility, entrepreneurship and digitalization
- Together with Head of Finance drives optimal SEA controlling organizational structure and ensures desired level of business support
- Develops and fosters training and knowledge exchange within SEA controlling community
- Drives continuous improvement in processes and tools within SEA controlling community
- Organizes and facilitates communication towards regional hub
Your Skills:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in regional controlling
- Demonstrated track record as Business Controller, in a matrix organisation dealing with regional and global stakeholders
- International work experience preferred
- Team management experience is critical
- Strong commercial understanding
- Understanding of transfer pricing and statutory requirements including tax regulation
- SAP experience
