Job Description & Requirements
· Working with team to fulfil orders as per business requirements in a timely and professional manner.
· Menu presentations or product development, when necessary.
· Ensuring that proper mise en place are maintained.
- Conduct inventory checks and ensure proper stock rotations in all areas of the kitchen and minimize wastage.
· Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy including all equipment are organized and maintained
· Liaising with Chef and Baking Manager to prepare Market List in a timely manner, if necessary.
