We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative and HR Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks while also assisting with human resources functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.


Administrative Responsibilities:

Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives.
Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and documents.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Oversee office maintenance and liaise with building management as required.
Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.


HR Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes.
Manage employee relations issues and inquiries, escalating as appropriate.
Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys or policy updates.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to throughout the organization.
Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping activities.
Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations.


Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
Familiarity with HR processes and best practices is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
