- Assistant controller of Asia Management Asia
- Support revenue and other charges processes and updates with the PRM
- Support transformation plans in Asia and potentially other areas

Finance assistant controller South East Asia
- Preparation of Cost, Other Charges and FTE forecast
- Preparation Market Reviews
- Provide input and coordinate input process with stakeholders
- Cost monitoring
- Analyzing actual performance (esp. related to variable cost - Handling, Trucking, GSA commissions, Other
Costs)
- Signaling trends
- Suggestions for improvement
- Liaison with markets and ICA controller cost and expense development
- Invoice approval in Basware
- C2B approval
- Other Charges monitoring
- Correct accounting (timely and correct ledger)
- Debtor monitoring
- Chase markets with outstanding amounts
- Improve processes
- Liaise with FSSC-SPL
- Attend market reviews and manage questions and financial action plan
- Accounting oversight : Correct and timely posting
- Month End closing: Accruals preparation and follow-up (note manual check for all invoices)

- Manage the cargo bank guarantees (received and paid)
- Validate emergency payments and liaise with establishment finance team to release payments
- Provide input to HQ concerning account circulars and procedures
Internal Control and Risk Management

- Implement and maintain a systematic approach towards financial and legal risk management
- Draft procedures on commercial and operational processes to ensure financial and legal risks are
controlled according to company standards.
Other Subjects
- Tax (responsibility Pax finance but area controlling involvement required)
- Ensure proper signalling on all contracts within the establishment (renewal, cancellation, expiry dates etc) well in advance to safeguard renegotiations and alternative options.

Job Requirements
- University degree in Finance
- Thourough understanding of financial processes related to the commercial and operational organization
- Process management and project management skills, both in financial and non-financial aspects
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Capacity to extract and analyze data in different systems
