Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of annual audit plan
- Communicate with HQ in China and draft reports accordingly
- Carry out internal audit works according to the management’s requirement, prepare audit program, carry out pre-audit research, conduct on-site audit, format audit results, and draft internal audit report, etc. Ensure the quality of all audit work results meet management’s requirement
- Follow up with relevant business units on the progress of audit recommendation implementation
- Participate in the development or revision of relevant internal audit regulations, program standards, and business processes
- Any other duties assigned by the head of Audit Department
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and above (CPA, CIA, ACCA or other professional certifications are preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of construction / real estate audit or account or contract & budgeting or purchasing experience (internal audit experience is preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Good English & Chinese report writing and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills
- Good inter-personal skills
