Responsibilites:
- Perform financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions such as V Lookup and Pivot Tables to analyze financial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain documentation of reconciliation procedures and processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis as required.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to financial reconciliation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in financial reconciliation, preferably in a fintech or related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in V Lookup and Pivot Tables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
