Position Overview: As our Creative Strategist, you'll be the mastermind behind crafting unforgettable event experiences that leave our clients awestruck and coming back for more with our creative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our clients to understand their vision, goals, and target audience for events and turn them into real.
- Let your imagination run wild as you brainstorm creative concepts and themes for our epic events.
- Develop detailed event proposals and presentations that outline creative concepts, event elements, and budget estimates.
- Work your magic with our internal dream team to bring your creative concepts to life.
- Provide artistic direction and guidance to ensure every detail is picture-perfect.
- Oversee the development of event collateral, including branding, signage, multimedia content, and interactive experiences.
- Ensure that every creative element aligns seamlessly with our clients' expectations and our project timelines.
- Continuously evaluate the success of our creative concepts and refine strategies for future events.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in creative production, event design, or related fields.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client objectives into compelling event experiences.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other design software.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of event technology, trends, and best practices in experiential marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
