Quantity Surveyor (Architectural)
- Take-off quantity, prepare bill of quantity, cost estimation for tender & on-going projects
- Source and compile quotation
- Updating & tracking of drawings to ensure timely information
- Maintain proper & complete set of contract documents
- Contracts administration such as valuations of variations etc.
- Other adhoc duties assigned by Manager
- Must be bilingual in English and Chinese (Need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates and colleagues)
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Possess minimum 2-3 years of working experience in local construction industry
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills with people of all levels
- Singaporean/PR preferred
