- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in accordance with the school's teaching philosophy
- Collaborate with the Head to ensure the curriculum aligns with the school's learning objectives
- Prepare weekly lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of students
- Work closely with teachers to develop and implement effective curriculum
- Foster excitement for learning in students through innovative and creative teaching methods
- Evaluate and provide feedback to students to help them achieve their learning goals
- Monitor and track students' progress and provide support where needed
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and build strong connections with them
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Head or school administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related discipline.
- With 4-8 years of experience in Teaching.
- Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
