Job Descriptions:
- Handle employee enquiries and provide first-level advice and coaching on matters relating to HR Systems.
- Identify and escalate queries that are complex or require further action by other internal partners.
- Maintain and update employee data in the HR System according to employee life cycle and check for completeness and accuracy of all relevant data.
- Manage employees' personal filing system including creation, maintenance, retrieval, and closure.
- Assist in the submission of manpower and HR related surveys
- Prepare periodic HR reports
- Identify opportunities and give suggestions for process improvements.
- Serve as a resource and support for Human Resource in other identified projects and duties as assigned
- Identify and implement improvements to HR system
- Manage changes made to HR system with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Diploma with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in HR System and P-file management
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
