Job Definition:
‘The job incumbent will be a Software engineer working on Salesforce. The activities encompass implementing, testing and deploying Salesforce solutions and maintaining Salesforce applications.
Required Skills and Attributes:
Ø Requires a bachelor’s / masters’ degree (preferably in Computer Science)
Ø Minimum 2 years of overall IT experience and 1 year of hands on experience in developing and delivering solutions on Salesforce Force.com platform with at least 1 or more of: Apex, Triggers, Async Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and API suites etc.
Ø Understanding of Salesforce practices and ecosystem
Ø Ability to work with functional teams through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle independent of the delivery methodology chosen.
Ø Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ø Ability to work as part of a team and deliver with limited supervision
Ø Experience with Agile development practices a plus
Ø Knowledge of Salesforce recommended best practices around design, development, and deployment/releases is a plus
Ø Experience in Implementing SFDC Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics, UI/UX, Salesforce Shield
Ø Experience in using SLDS, Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
Ø Aptitude for taking on technical challenges
Ø Ensure quality delivery confirming to requirements and timelines.
