The Responsibilities:
- We collaborate closely with business users to collect comprehensive business requirements
- Conduct thorough analyses of the workload associated with individual projects and tasks within the ITSM framework
- Business Requirement Definition documents and workflows.
- Develop comprehensive plans for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide support throughout the testing process
The Requirements:
- Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding min at least 2 years IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Proven track record of gathering, analyzing, and defining business requirements specifically for IT projects within the financial industry
- Candidate should have worked in the financial industry for over a year, gaining familiarity with industry-specific practices, regulations, and challenges
