- Position: Senior Finance Manager
- Location: Gul Road (company transport provided)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $9,000 + GOOD Performance Bonus (3-6 Months)

Main Responsibilities:
- Manages accounting functions, reviewing of reports, statistics detailing financial results.
- Establishes and maintains accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations.
- Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
- Review month end closing of accounts.
- Manages the preparation of the company's budget.
- Review monthly financial statements consolidation for the group.
- Forecasts cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
- Review monthly consolidated accounts, quarterly and year end results announcement to SGX-ST and ensures compliance with Singapore FRS and other statutory requirements.
- Review the Annual Report
- Oversee both local and overseas subsidiaries and joint venture companies.
- Supervises professional and clerical accounting employees in daily operation.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
- Degree in Accounting and/or professional accounting qualification
- At least of 5 years of relevant working experience in an MNC/Listed company
- Experience in shipyard/construction/marine industry
