Main duty: Printing and inventory management
• In charge of Processing & completing all printing requests from the staff for School Materials and Papers.
• Preparing and verifying documents. Tabulating & submission on a monthly basis the amount of printing/meter reading carried out using the machines.
• Ordering and replenish the consumables associated with school supplies and printing needs.
• Managing & ordering school inventories and consumables.
Additional duty: Admin assistance
• Administrative assistance in areas such as customer service and counter duties.
• General administration to support Finance, Staff and Student matters and activities.
• Managing records.
• Compiling statistics.
• General Tasks assigned to support school logistics.
• Drafting correspondence, and handling calls and inquiries
