We are looking to hire an Office Administrator.
The right candidate would be hardworking, meticulous and motivated individual and ever ready to be proactive in all matters assigned.
Responsibilities:
- file opening and closing and arranging files for storage/destruction';
- updating file list;
- attend to outgoing mail;
- recording various recepts and updating Xero accounts;
- invoicing;
- following up with clients on accounts receivables;
- filing documents on elitigation when necessary;
- notary services;
- updating the firm's court calendar;
Office Manement
- Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Manage office facilities, including equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Coordinate and organise office events.
- Oversees the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and applications.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when necessary.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience working in a law firm would be an advantage;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- A good command of written and spoken English and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products .
