We are looking to hire an Office Administrator.


The right candidate would be hardworking, meticulous and motivated individual and ever ready to be proactive in all matters assigned.


Responsibilities:


  • file opening and closing and arranging files for storage/destruction';
  • updating file list;
  • attend to outgoing mail;
  • recording various recepts and updating Xero accounts;
  • invoicing;
  • following up with clients on accounts receivables;
  • filing documents on elitigation when necessary;
  • notary services;
  • updating the firm's court calendar;


Office Manement

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Manage office facilities, including equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate and organise office events.
  • Oversees the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and applications.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when necessary.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience working in a law firm would be an advantage;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • A good command of written and spoken English and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products .
