Our Client is a MNC from Electrical and Electronics Manufacturing industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Inside Sales Rep to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East.
Duties of Inside Sales Representative:
- Achieves sales objectives by promoting company products and services.
- Delivers timely price quotes and ensures prompt responses to customer inquiries.
- Oversees delivery schedules and product quality to align with customer expectations.
- Validates accuracy of customer orders and ensures proper processing.
- Cultivates strong partnerships with Field Sales Representatives to enhance customer engagement.
- Manages coordination of significant quotes and orders with relevant stakeholders.
- Assists Branch Manager in resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Facilitates resolution of quality issues and returns between sales and customers.
- Prepares credit and debit memos, seeking management approval as needed.
- Maintains updated system records and customer backlog with current contract prices.
- Addresses pricing and other customer-related concerns in collaboration with sales team.
Requirements:
- Diploma working experience in Customer Service or Sales, in Electronics Industry Preferred.

- Proficient in MS Office Applications and Excel.
