Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in BIM Implementation: Support senior consultants in developing and implementing BIM strategies tailored to project requirements, including assisting with software setup and initial project planning.
- Provide Training and Support: Aid in conducting training sessions for project stakeholders on BIM software basics and assist in providing ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues, and answering queries.
- BIM Modeling and Coordination: Learn to create and modify 3D models using BIM software under the guidance of senior consultants, and assist in clash detection and resolution processes.
- Support BIM Management: Assist in maintaining BIM standards and protocols across projects, including organizing project files, ensuring model consistency, and managing data exchange.
- Assist in VDC Activities: Support the virtual design and construction (VDC) process by assisting in simulations, logistics analysis, and construction sequencing activities using BIM technology.
- Documentation and Reporting: Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations related to BIM implementation progress, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay Informed on BIM Trends: Keep abreast of developments in BIM technology, methodologies, and industry standards through self-learning and participation in training programs or workshops.
- Other adhoc as assigned.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Basic understanding of BIM concepts and principles.
- Familiarity with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of BIM consulting.
