Job Scope:
- Handle all government-related matters such as claim, survey and Work Passes and etc.
- To provide day-to-day support in broad-spectrum HR and Administrative functions such as work pass application, onboarding & offboarding, employee relations & performance management.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, HR-related letters and memorandums.
- Arrange and facilitate of company events, employee health screenings and statutory medical examinations for workers.
- Coordination in between the department for security clearance and access issues
- Maintain of Company property such as office and computer equipment, communication infrastructure, and parking allocation.
- Any others HR & Admin duties as assigned by the Superior.
Job Requirements:
- Entry Level is welcome to apply, training given.
- Candidate with related HR or Administrative Support experience welcome to apply.
- Multitasking & Work Independently in a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
