Job Scope:
- Prepare purchase orders/requisition and ensure timely placement with vendors.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
- Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and supplier information.
- Ensure cost, quality, and timely delivery in all procurement functions.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain relationships.
- Manage inventory of machinery spares.
- Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and product delivery schedules.
- Ad hoc task as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Business Studies/Supply Chain/Engineering or equivalent.
