Job Descriptions
- Receive stock from suppliers and farming out stock to various departments in Central Kitchen
- Work closely with logistics companies and buying department to ensure stock integrity in terms of quantity and quality
- Perform warehouse duties such as picking and packing of goods, stock take, and quality check
- Comply with warehouse operating processes and procedures
- Provide administrative support in warehouse for order fulfilment and arrangement for delivery
- Ensure all warehousing activities are operating in compliance with the department’s standard operating procedures.
- Establish and maintain a system for provisioning & inventory control
- Reviews, verifies, and enters incoming and outgoing orders, materials are completed appropriately, and information are correct
Requirement
- Able to converse in English
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel will be an advantage
- Able to work well in a team and independently
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task
- Non-aircon environment
- Good working attitude and knowledge in warehouse operations.
- Required to work shift hours, able to work weekends and public holidays
