Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations – office access / timesheet/leave form
- Office General admin duties (Purchase pantry items / Fruits day / Reception duties (answer call / meeting room booking/ maintaining meeting room / in house training)
- Assist with project secretary duties – prepare letter / report / Maintain physical and digital filing system
- Work closely with other support staffs
- Any other adhoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean/PR Only
- Min GCE O Level
- Proficient in Ms Words/Excel
- Excellent communication skills, drive and self motivated individuals
