Responsibilities:
- Managing regular SAP control blocks, proceeding Drug Precursor products.
- Work with APAC Supply Chain and CSR team on executing Eastman’s customer information data renewal and support “know your customer" programs.
- Monitor and generate SAP report for GTC control.
- HS classification celebration with service provider.
- Support in managing Eastman’s due diligence, regulatory requirements and reporting processes required as part of Eastman’s trade programs.
- Assisting the APR GTC Regional Manager to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk through periodic audits and assessments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required, i.e. Customs and Trade, International Business, Supply Chain, Law, or related studies.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- High ethical standards
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Strategic approach to international trade
- High motivation and great passion to learn.
- Solution oriented
- Excellent social skills and flexibility
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of SAP
